Agreement

By using QR Conception, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the QR codes and other content you scan, create, import, open, save, export, copy, or share.
• You are responsible for verifying links, phone numbers, email addresses, payment details, and other content before acting on them.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, misuse third-party services used by the app, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it.

Links and third-party content

QR codes may lead to third-party websites, apps, services, or contact actions. We do not control or endorse third-party content or services. You access or use them at your own risk.

Ads and third-party services

The app may display ads served through Google AdMob and mediated partners such as Unity Ads. The app may also use Google Play services for in-app review, in-app updates, and consent messaging.

Local storage and exports

The app stores saved and created QR code records and related image files locally on your device. If you choose to export a QR image to Downloads or share content to another app, that action occurs at your direction.

Ownership

The app and its design are owned by Shane Syring. You may not copy or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scanned or generated content is accurate, safe, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shane Syring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app, scanned content, generated content, ads, or third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
